Beth Farb

Beth Farb is an organizational consultant and coach who works collaboratively with businesses, educational institutions, and not-for-profit agencies to develop long term sustainable change through problem intervention, re-organization, planning and development.

As a coach she acts as a highly skilled personal consultant to enable and support people to act powerfully as individuals or as members of a team. Her work expresses her deep appreciation of people, their greatest strengths and their commitment to accomplishment. Beth’s work enables individuals and organizations to develop deep insights into the patterns of action and the interpretation of events, making possible new action that brings about intended results.

As a native of Pennsylvania now living in California Beth has served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Mar Vista Family Center. She has had numerous international professional engagements, including Great Britain, Hungary and Cuba. Her Venice California home and garden has been featured as part of the Venice Garden & Home Tour.

Beth earned a BFA in Art Education from the University of Massachusetts Five College Programs, and an MA in the Philosophy of Education from Antioch University’s Institute of Open Education.
