Tina DeSalvo ![]() Tina’s gift in facilitation and fostering safe and courageous conversations brings her around the world to partner with Fortune 500 companies. If there is one thing that clients consistently say about Tina, it’s this: “I don’t know how she did it, but she got us to talk about things that we’ve never been able to bring up before. She makes it safe for us to do the work we’ve been avoiding.” With this skill, she works with clients to make visible the invisible patterns that inhibit progress or change. She has an expertise in communications, and works with clients to redesign and implement global and corporate communication strategies, especially during change initiatives. These programs are designed to enhance and foster courageous conversations and generative dialogue. Her work with clients also includes the design, implementation and facilitation of award winning leadership programs, facilitation of World Café Discussion for groups from 15-2,000, design and facilitation of executive and team multiple day retreats, and executive coaching. With extensive training in Jungian Typology, Shadow Work and Archetypes, Tina works with clients to design and facilitate programs that enhance self awareness and foster collective intelligence. She was a faculty member of Insights Learning & Development; a U.K. based learning solutions organization that has developed an industry- leading Jungian based personality assessment. She was a key speaker for the North American and European Conferences and was a lead trainer for all new associates. She worked hand in hand with the development team to design the content for the Transformational Leadership program that is used by hundreds of clients today. Her passion for understanding people, their stories, and the connectivity that exists between all of us fuels her practice and enables her to facilitate even in the most difficult of situations. |
