Britt Aylor

Britt Aylor is a consultant and facilitator at Dialogos. She combines rigorous analytic capabilities and systems thinking as well as strong interpersonal skills. She is passionate about helping people bring out and work through difficult issues.

Before joining Dialogos, Britt received her Ph.D. from Harvard, studying psychology and human development at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. The focus of her research was on leadership practices and professional development within organizations that aim to operate as open system environments to promote collaboration across sectors and adaptation to new organizational realities. At Harvard, Britt co-taught students for Professor Ronald Heifetz's experiential class on leadership and facilitated challenging dialogues within the consulting context. Prior to studying and working in the U.S., Britt grew up and completed university studies in Frankfurt, Germany.
