Sarah Rozenthuler

Sarah Rozenthuler is an Associate with Dialogos and has over 10 years experience as an internal and external consultant. Her main areas of practice are in coaching, conversation and conflict resolution. Sarah is skilful at building bridges of communication between individuals, teams and organisations to enable them to flourish and perform at their best.

A Chartered Psychologist and accredited workplace mediator, Sarah launched her career working for the leading global consultancy in psychometric testing. To broaden her experience, Sarah spent 4 years earning her living as a street circus performer juggling fire in the fiestas of Spain and becoming fluent in Spanish. She followed this by working for several years as a consultant occupational psychologist in the UK Civil Service, including the Cabinet Office.

Sarah has worked as a dialogic practitioner since 2003, gaining extensive experience in designing and delivering leadership development sessions, coaching business leaders and their teams and facilitating multi-stake holder dialogues. Her clients have included management union committees, senior civil servants, advertising executives, teachers and lawyers. Sarah holds a first class degree in psychology and post-graduate qualifications in occupational psychology and spiritual development and facilitation.
